Shared bathroom with power shower and toilet and another toilet downstairs. The room is in a private house in a quiet area of Winton and there is plenty of parking in the street.

Large well equipped kitchen with washing machine, sun lounge and garden and secure storage for a bicycle.

We are a married couple and live in a 1920's 4/5 bedroomed detached house in a nice quiet area of Winton. It is a 10 minute walk to both Bournemouth University and the Arts Institute, 5 minute walk from the main shopping area of Winton, 3 miles from Bournemouth Town Centre and 7 minutes by car to the beach.

Our 2 adult sons also live in the house and one of them is taking his masters degree this uni year so the room would be suitable for someone who wants a quiet space to live and study.

We would expect you to be considerate and respect our property.
