Large double bedroom in Bournemouth! £300 a month!

I've got a large double bedroom available in a six-bedroom house in Winton, Bournemouth AVAILABLE NOW as I had to move out to do a work placement in London. It's the largest bedroom in the house, on the ground floor with large bay windows. Furniture included: double bed with mattress, desk, bedside table and wardrobe. The room is ready to move into as I recently moved out.

The house is lovely - we had a new extension built last year so we have a new kitchen and living room. We also have a bathroom, downstairs toilet, garden, two sheds, driveway and a porch. You will be living with all AUCB students, from various courses - three female, two male.

The rent is £300 a month, without bills but the TV licence is already paid for. (The rent is actually £330 a month but I can subsidise part of it until the tenancy ends in July 2012 as I need to find someone to replace me ASAP!) There's a £350 deposit to be paid to the landlord and also a £100 admin fee which I'm willing to pay half of for you. The location is great, literally a few min from Winton high street, about 15 min walk to uni and close to bus stops.

Ideally, I would like to find someone who could live there until July 2012 as this is when the current tenancy ends. You will be able to continue your tenancy for longer if you prefer. However the landlord is increasing the rent to £350 a month from August 2012 onwards, so it's more ideal for those who only want to live here on a temporary basis unless the rent increase is okay for you.
