Very large double room in large period flat in Meyrick Park, Bournemouth.

Flat consists of large lobby, living room, and kitchen. Bathroom and separate w/c are standard sizes. There is also a larger bedroom and office which I use. There is wireless internet. Heating and hotwater are good. Large communal garden and plenty of on road parking.

If you are looking for modern then look elsewhere, this flat has a lot of character and space, unlike modern properties.

My most important factors for a potential flatmate are tidiness and cleanliness and a feeling that we'll get along. It's not rocket science ;-)
