Monday to Friday rental

Hi,
I rent my spare room out on a Monday to Friday basis which Would Suit someone working/studying in the area who returns home at weekends maybe? Sunday night return is fine. Happy to discuss other options or short term let at different rate if the right person comes along.
I have a small 2 bedroom bungalow with just myself living here. The spare room is a large double with a king size bed and over looks the garden.
The kitchen is equipped with all the usual appliances new cooker and washing machine.
There is small but modern shower room and a separate loo.

The property is convenient for the RBH the university and the airport also JP Morgan all of which are a 10 minute drive away.....depending on traffic!!

There is a bus stop directly opposite and there is a regular service to all areas including Bournemouth town centre, poole, Ferndown and Wimborne.

There is no off road parking but plenty of Parking available in adjacent street.
Bikes can be kept securely at the rear of the bungalow.
