Double room,south facing.

Very nice, good sized double room, sunny, furnished. The photos say pink....it is actually purple!!!Contains double bed, 2 drawers, flatscreen tv, comfy chair and two wardrobes. Computer desk available if needed. New carpet last year. Wifi included plus use of living room, kitchen ,bathroom and two loos.
This is a family type place, I am the live in landlady and my partner is often here. I have three cats so someone animal friendly is necessary. I like to socialise but am not a party animal, on the whole would be happy with someone clean, tidy who pays the rent on time; no shift workers please. Personal cleanliness very important!!
The room is strictly non smoking but smoking permissable in other areas as I smoke myself.
All bills are included in the rent apart from groceries and telephone. Rent is £95 per week for single occupancy, £125 for a couple.
The house is within walking distance of BU campus and on a bus route to town, less than five minutes to bus stops, local shops and post office. Also only short drive to airport.
There is parking on the street which is pretty secure, this is a good neighbourhood and fairly peaceful.
If you have a pet and it won't upset my cats then I would be quite happy to consider, it's always worth asking.
£200 deposit and one weeks rent in advance required.
