This room is a double (but for 1 person).There is an ensuite shower and toilet in each room. Living/dining room with Sky TV. BT Broadband Good sized kitchen with dishwasher, microwave etc. Utility Room with Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer. Bed linen provided - laundry once a week.
Communal areas cleaned regularly. All bills included...you only have to buy your food. Walking distance to Railway station, travel interchange, bus stop for JP Morgan/Uni/Littledown.. Town Centre and cliff top/beach. Gas central heating. Tennis courts and Bowling Green opposite. Student/professionals at present. Some off road parking. Would suit 3rd years/Post grads/new to Bournemouth and need somewhere where they can take their time to look around for more permanent accommodation and who want somewhere clean, homely and friendly.
