We are two young professionals seeking another flat mate. Our flat is very close to the beach, it has a private path down to the seafront. It has a spacious balcony with great views. The flat is modern with high spec appliances: washing machine/tumble drier, dishwasher, oven, microwave and hob.
Fully furnished room (double bed, bed side table, draws, desk and a wardrobe) and a large en suite (also have access to the main bathroom, which has a large bath).

The open planned kitchen and living room span out to the large balcony. These are fully furnished and include: large L-shaped sofa (also a sofa bed), 42inch sony TV, a playstation 3 and large sound system.

The room is £450 p/m plus £150 for all bills which includes: gas, electricity, water, council tax and fibre optic broadband.
