Small double room available in great location.

Hi there,
Im Becky and Im in need of a flatmate! Flat is situated in a quiet area. Five mins walk from Alum Chine Beach, 10mins walk into Westbourne and short drive into Bournemouth town centre.

The room is a small double, the room is big enough for a double bed, however due to religious reasons my flatmate chooses to have a single bed. Parking is available and we also have a small private garden.

Monthly rent and bills come to £420 a month. Plus quarterly electric bills. The furniture seen in the photos mostly belongs to my flatmate, therefore come August I will have new furniture within the Lounge/Kitchen and the bedroom will be unfurnished.

Our tenancy runs out on August the 21st but will need a flatmate in place by the 21st July. I may be able to be flexible with move in date if I can work out tenancy agreements/bills with letting agency.

I love living so close to the beach and Westbourne. The website has told me to tell you about about myself so...I work as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school. I Love my job and tend to nanny in my holidays. Im quite active, I like to try and stay fit.

I'd like to think Im easy going and easy to live with. As much as I love a good night out, also enjoy nights in with friends and eating out. I like a clean, tidy flat and I do appreciate my sleep, so like to get a few lie ins at the weekend and try to get a reasonably good nights sleep in the week.

Not really sure what Im looking for in a flat-mate. Open to age/profession/single/attached .
