Lovely room available in a4 bedroom modern house in a residential cul de sac at Ensbury Park . One double to let at £350 (single occupancy/ or a single at £300 ) I will retain whichever bedroom that is not let for my use as looks like I will be working and studying away most of the time. It has a lovely lounge , kitchen, conservatory, bathroom, en suite and downstairs toilet. Good thing is that the house has 3 loos and a bathroom and ensuite amongst 3 ( very occasionally 4 if I pop home. A garage may be available to rent or can be used for storing bikes etc. virgin media tv and broadband included. Other housemates incl a 28 yr old professional chap and a 25 yr old teacher.
