I am looking for a new tenant for a Double Room in one of my properties in Winton, which has now become available. I would like either a professional or student who is looking for good quality accommodation with friendly housemates. The room is for single occupation only and is not available to couples.

The accommodation, located on the ground floor, is fully furnished and is in good decorative order. The accommodation is tastefully furnished with a white built-in wardrobe, bookcase, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and double bed with headboard. The room was recently fitted with a new carpet.

Although there are seven rooms in total - this is a quiet, well-run and well-maintained property, with many of the tenants not home much of the time. All the tenants are respectful of each other and of the property. There are currently one female and five males sharing the house, with ages ranging from mid 20s to 50s.

The communal bathroom on the upper floor, is of a good standard, is shared by four housemates; the remaining rooms include their own en-suites.

The breakfast kitchen, which is well-equipped with a dishwasher, fridges, freezers, washer and cooking facilities, etc. is of a very good size and standard.

The garden space, although small, is well-maintained and provides adequate outside seating.

A cleaner visits fortnightly to keep the common areas in good order, although the current housemates always ensure that a very good standard is maintained.

A gardener tends the three small garden areas as and when required.

The property provides off-road parking.

The rent is £465.00 pcm and includes WiFi and all the bills, except the TV licence. The deposit is £300.00 and will be registered with one the Government recognised schemes.

I have been renting rooms in Bournemouth for nearly twenty years, and am an Accredited Landlord, who works closely with the Council.
