A large double room with private shower room

This is a large and lovely 3 bedroom flat and I'm looking to rent out one of my big double spare rooms that comes with a separate but private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The flat is in the centre of town but because it is in a cul de sac there is no traffic noise and it gives easy access to Bournemouth town centre shops, bars & restaurants and the same to the pier/beach - all about 2 minutes walk. There is French door access to a small patio and a communal garden area. There is also bike storage and access to free overnight parking in the cul-de-sac outside the block but you don't really need a car here, everything is on your doorstep.
I am looking for a mature professional person that works during the day because although I work at the university, I also spend a lot of time studying at home. Although I live in the flat my bed and bathroom is in a self contained section but I'm an early to bed, early to rise sort of person anyway. My partner only stays at weekends and he usually brings the dog so dog lovers only please!
