Large Double Room in friendly house available

I have a very large double room available to rent in my friendly house. The room is furnished with all the usual bedroom requirements. The house has the following communal areas:- 1 bathroom with a shower, bath, toilet, bidet and sink. 2nd bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. A dining room with 8 seater dinning table. The lounge has a 3 seater sofa/bed, a 2 seater lounger, communal TV in the lounge with virgin TV+ , broadband unlimited which is accessible through out house. A large kitchen with all usual facilities plus, washing machine and tumble drier. Outside is a large garden and patio, excellent for summer BBQ's and functions.
