Double room in Charminster with a double bed in it. Single person only, no couples. It is almost en-suite as the bathroom is just outside the door. There is a wash basin in the room. Lounge where you can relax and watch the T. V.

The house is within walking distance or ten minutes bus ride to the town centre. Buses are usually every 8 minutes during the day. 15 minutes at night. There is very restricted parking and you will not be able to park anywhere near the house!

No smoking in the house, in the garden, anywhere. If you are found to be smoking you will be asked to leave and lose your deposit!

Rent includes Gas & Electricity. WiFi. Reasonable FREE Coffee, Tea, Milk, Washing Machine Liquid.

You have to like cats as I have one of them.

You need to be in regular secure employment in Bournemouth, be a Foreign Student or study at Bournemouth University.

One months rent is required in advance + £100 deposit. Or 120 Euros in cash.
