I have a beautiful flat in a lovely old building that was converted only 4 years ago, its within walking distance of town and the train station and is on a quiet road with plenty of on-street parking. The double room has its own en suite bathroom and is fully furnished, the flat is light and airy. There is a lockable shed in the garden for bike storage.
I'm looking for someone clean, tidy and respectful obviously, someone who will love the flat as much as I do. I'm not really looking for a lodger who hides their room every night but someone who'll share the odd bottle of wine whilst watching trashy telly!
The rent covers all bills (except council tax), wifi and fortnightly cleaning of the shared areas. Give me a bell if you're interested & want to know more.
