Double room available in modern house share

I live in Northbourne/kinson area with my flat mate who is a 26 yr old guy. Sadly our other housemate has to move out end of April and we need to fill his room. It's a large double room with a office space next door which would be for whoever moves in to that room. The house is a good size with a modern kitchen and bathroom, the bedrooms have their own sinks and there is a garden, parking and a garage. We are both sociable and easy going and work in the poole and southbourne area. If you're interested let me know.
