I am looking for a new flat mate to share my ground floor flat/apartment (it is a house split in 2 so not a block of flats)
It is located in the winton / charminster area, so fairly central to everywhere.
It has a large garden and is fully furnished apart from the bedroom, although this could be arranged if needed.
I work away a lot during the week so I'm looking for someone who I can trust to share my home with and will help keep it neat. I'm home most weekends, and apart from making sure I get to the gym I tend to just chill out at the weekend.
I'm a sociable person so happy to sit and chat and watch tv together, have dinner etc, but also happy enough in my own company from time to time :) the flat is large and spacious with 2 double bedrooms so plenty of room for us to share :)
