I have 4 rooms available for let in Charminster. All the rooms are double bedrooms- two upstairs and one downstairs. There is a large kitchen, living room and garden (artificial grass so low maintenance). There are two bathrooms- one downstairs with a shower, and one upstairs with a bath and shower. There is also parking outside the property- fits 3 cars.

The rent would be £350 a month, excluding bills. Bills would probably be around £40 each. There is a deposit of £350, and a handling/guarantee fee of £200 per person just to ensure that you are interested and intend to live there when the lease starts. The lease will start on the 1st September. If you need to move in belongings before that to make life easier, that can be arranged. Wifi is included in the rent.

Would prefer a group of 4, however smaller groups are welcome to look (you will be required to find other housemates to cover the remaining rent- of course I will help!)
