I'm looking for one person, female preferred to take over my fully furnished room in Winton, Bournemouth from 27th July.
Double room with own bathroom, shower and bath (not en suite but the other two tenants have their own bathroom so only you will use this one)
Large modern open plan lounge and kitchen with Sky TV & broadband.
Washer/Dryer, on street parking. Cleaning included.
Walking distance to both Winton & Charminster shops, bars etc.
You would be sharing with two other friendly flatmates both working professionals, 1 guy 23 and 1 female 42, both English.
Rent is £80 per week. With bills on top it comes to £427 PM.
However, I understand it is slightly more than others advertised, this is because it has guarantees of livable environment, no noise pollution, unexpected disturbances and recognized complaints (if any) as landlord lives in the house below and supervisor lives onsite.
