Large single room available in a terraced house in springbourne close to the town centre, train station and the beach. The room is fully furnished with a single bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe. All kitchen appliances also included including washing machine. £85 a week including bills and wifi.
We are a young couple who enjoying relaxing in the evening and socialising with friends at the weekend. We are looking for someone around the same age as us who will be clean and tidy and we can get along with.
