I have a room available to rent in quiet area within walking distance of BU Talbot campus, Wallisdown Road. Rent includes all bills except Council Tax (if applicable). All normal household appliances, shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Garden shed space available for bike etc. off road parking available.
I am looking for a trustworthy, honest, clean flat mate who is happy to be around children as I have my grandchildren over most weekends for the night. the room has two built in beds, built in wardrobe and dressing table. Maximum term till July 2015 but extension possible for right person.
