A quiet, self sufficient person to share house

Please note this room is available now --Sharing a house with a working mother & 2 daughter, there 2 cats, in a lovely detached house in queens park. We Lead quite a busy life only spending time in the property early evenings onwards. We Would like someone quite keep themselves to themselves , tidy, happy individual, the room is a double room altogether currently houses a single bed(with truckle) which goes into a double. It over looks the garden & has wired in sky Tv option available at extra cost.
