There are also plenty of bus routes available frequently nearby going to Winton, Charminster, Landsdowne, B'moth town centre, Poole, etc.

Shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Towerpark is also just a few minutes drive away.

This house would suit perfectly someone working in any of the nearby industrial estates, some within walking distance: Discovery Court, Drewitt industrial state, Howe industrial state, 5 min drive to Nuffield industrial state.

There is plenty of parking in front of the house in a very safe area.

We provide a clean, modern and peaceful room for a professional who want to live in a nice, safe, clean and fully furnished place, between friendly professional adults. (We have furnished the room but you may exchange with your own furniture if preferred).
