Hi there, we have a good sized double room available from the 1st of October. The flat is located just a stone through away from southbourne beach, local shops and pubs.
The room is unfurnished, very light and has some sea view. You will be sharing a large dinning Kitchen, a large bathroom and a spacious lounge with a balcony overlooking fishermanswalk and southbourne beach. All bills are included, we have super-fast virgin broadband/tv package.
About us: You will be sharing the flat with two working professionals, one male who is self-employed and one female who works for the NHS, we both work long hours and have busy social life’s. We like to enjoy the flat together but also appreciate our personal space and respect our fellow housemates. We would like to share this great flat with someone who lives a similar lifestyle.
