A female housemate wanted for a 5 bedroom house on Alma Road, near Winton high street. Current tenants are 4 female, second year BU students who are looking for a 5th tenant as the previous tenant pulled out at last minute. The room is a double, in the upstairs of the property. The rent is £370pcm, which includes water & sewage, but excludes other bills. Electricity is a key meter and gas is paper bill. Internet is monthly (£5 approx pcm). A student tenant is needed due to council tax exemption. Also will need a guarantor, who is a resident in the UK and earns 36x £370.
