There is a private car park (permit holders only - will be supplied when you move in) right outside or the main bus stops for town centre, castle-point etc are only a minute’s walk away if you don't have a car!

I'm looking for a professional female ideally over the age of 25 to rent a room in my flat! I'm a working professional myself, I'm friendly, clean and easy going. I'm looking for someone to move in from the 18th October onwards.

No pets are allowed unfortunately and the flat is also non-smoking.
