The house is also close to transport links to the town centre and the beach, which can also be reached on foot. The beach is large and clean and so makes for a perfect way to spend a sunny weekend, there is also a famous Harry Ramsden's fish and chip shop!
Bournemouth is also known for its good variety of nightlife, with there being something on offer every night of the week.
The house is very modern and fully furnished. It is a 5 bedroom detached house, with six second year girls currently living in it. All are very friendly and looking forward to welcoming a new house mate.
The room available is situated downstairs at the front of the house. It is a large double room, with double bed, chest of draws, three bedside tables, wardrobe and large glass desk. The room also benefits from a large bay window so is nice and light, and has a TV point. The house has two bathrooms, one upstairs one down, a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washer/drier and microwave. There is also a large garden which is maintained by a gardener so will be nice for summer.
The property is Double glazed, and has central heating.

I have loved living here for my first semester, as it could not be in a better location, and is one of the nicest student properties I've seen.
