This is a really lovely, cosy apartment that we own. But having just had a baby we are moving to rent somewhere a bit bigger up the road. We love it here and have owned it 10 years. You can walk to the beach in around 5-10 minutes.
It has a large ensuite bedroom and a small single room. So could be split to be 425 for big room and 325 for small. We would have to discuss that with interested parties, but would prefer to rent as a whole.
We do have a 25 year old Female interested in the large room so if you were female and interested in the small room that could work?
It has a nice fitted kitchen with a new dishwasher and washing machine and large fridge freezer. Gas Hob and electric oven. It has a combi boiler and very effective heating, which only needs to be on for a short while.
Bills - Rough cost for utilities including broadband is £60-80 per month, plus 10 monthly payments of £133 for council tax (2 ppl). (paid by tenant) Water is included in the service charge of £150 per month for the block paid by us (the landlord).
The shared grounds are cared for by a gardener and the communal areas including lift are cleaned weekly.
There is an intercom system and electric gates. So it is a very safe apartment.
