Beautiful flat, ocean view, town centre location

Hi! I am renting a double room in my lovely apartment with a stunning ocean view in one of the best locations in Bournemouth!

I am a retired woman and I frequently stay in London with family. I am looking for a very reliable lodger as I'm out of the apartment for 3-4 months a year. The apartment is fully furnished including kitchenware, bedding, towels, etc. I have priced the room on the lower side as I would like to find the right person.

LOCATION
Located on the cliff face, it is just a short stroll through the gardens to the beach and 5-10mins walk from the town centre. There is a bus stop right outside the building.

THE APARTMENT
This is a spacious, light and airy apartment in a prestigious building. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate WC, big kitchen, a lovely lounge/dining room and a large balcony with a panoramic view of the ocean. I occupy one of the bedrooms at the rear of the apartment and the second bedroom is my study. The kitchen is fully equipped and the lounge has a plasma TV with the full range of cable channels.

BEDROOM and BATHROOM
The bedroom for rent is a good-sized double with built-in wardrobes, offering a lot of storage. There is also a desk, chair, bedside tables and shelving. Opposite the bedroom is the second bathroom and separate WC for the lodger's sole use.

RENT
The rent is £110 per week. The bills are an extra £25 per week, which includes council tax, electricity, gas, TV license, cable subscription and high speed broadband/wifi. The security deposit is £600 and I am looking for someone who will stay for a minimum of 4 months. Short lets are considered with a rent of £190 per week (bills included).
