Small double room to rent in ensbury park £450 pm

I have a unfurnished small double room available to rent in a house with myself and my boyfriend in Ensbury Park. Built in wardrobe. Will fit a double bed, chest of drawers and side table. There is also a spare room and a loft for extra storage. We are 26 years old so looking for someone Of a similar age male or female, rent will be £450 including bills. Wifi included. Must work fulltime and provide references, no deposit but first month rent required on date to move in. We have a small springer spaniel dog and a bird so you must love animals as they are our passion we are a social couple looking for someone we will generally get along with and feel at home with you living in the house. There are 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms, seperate kitchen, lounge, small garden, on street parking. There is also a spare room for storage.
