The house is in the lovely area of Winton, Bournemouth with a south facing 80ft garden with swing sets and trampolines!.

The house is a stones throw from all shops and local amenities as well as a 10 minute drive to Bournemouth beach. The center of Bournemouth is about a 20minute walk also and the shopping center Castle point is a 10 minute drive. So everything pretty much on the door step.

The house is very spacious and always clean
and tidy with 3 bedrooms and a front room and conservatory opening on to a patio area and garden which gets the sun all day long in the summer.

I am a live in landlady and have two little girls aged 7 and 3 and share the house our dogs and cats. We love having students to stay long or short term.
