There is a room available in our flat, it is available to students or professional people, myself and my partner will be in the other room, we're clean, quieter than you average students but still like to socialise and party on occasions, there is a shared living room and kitchen but the other tenant will have their own bathroom as we have the room with the en-suite. Bills aren't inclusive but are quarterly in which we'll split evenly depending on usage which we'll negotiate depending on amount of which party or parties accumulate. Please feel free to get in contact ASAP as there is a high demand for the room currently but it will be available for quite a long period of time. 10 minutes from asda, Bournemouth station, Bournemouth square and 25-30mins from Bournemouth University Talbot campus.
