Clean, Double Room in Southbourne (West)

Lovely detached house well positioned for shops and restaurants of Southbourne Grove, beach and the train station.

There is a choice of 2 rooms, both double with a choice of a single or double bed and one has a sink in the room. I am only looking for one person. Professionals preferred, but mature, house-trained students also considered. Someone who is easy going, sporty and has a healthy lifestyle would fit in well. There is a garage for a bike. Someone that enjoys gardening would be a bonus as there is plenty of it, but not essential. There are 2 bathrooms and an extra loo.

Flexible on age and gender but must be genuinely clean, tidy, considerate and respectful. Non-smokers only please (this includes vapour cigarettes!). Good for professionals/students attending AECC, language schools, Bournemouth University, J P Morgan Chase, Bournemouth airport (pilot school) etc..

I would not consider offering the room to anyone I have not met, so please do not contact me unless you are in the country and able to view the room. Ideally I am looking for a long term let, but shorter ones considered too as is Mon-Friday etc.. I look forward to hearing from you.
