Located just off the dual carriageway on the outskirts of Bournemouth on a peaceful small estate called Chaseside. A ten min cycle to Bournemouth Town Centre, Bournemouth`s gorgeous beaches, Christchurch, and the New Forest.
Also, very close to Littledown Centre, Iford Golf Centre, Castlepoint Shopping Centre, and Tesco Extra. It`s a fabulous location for quality restaurants and dining, riverside walking, parks, and the beaches.

My home is a refurbished four bed detached house with a non-smoker, easy going, friendly live in professional (Probation Officer) male owner with off road car parking for up to 4 cars.
All prices include high speed wi-fi and all bills and rare free off-road parking. Public parking is also available @ £90 pcm at Littledown Centre. On road parking is free after 4. pm daily and at weekends.
You may need to provide references and must provide 2 forms of ID and sign a contract before occupancy commences.
Total bedrooms available – 1 home double ensuite,(Mon to Sun).
My home is double glazed with full cavity wall insulation with a secure and beautiful private south facing lawn garden with patio and shed with a fully equipped kitchen incl fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and allocated cupboards etc. Shared areas include kitchen, dining area ,lounge, patio, and access to shed.
A refundable deposit per room is £600 with a minimum contract period of 3 months (I will always try to assist with this after contracting) and rent is payable one calendar month in advance. You will provide your own bed linen and towels.
The home downstairs en-suite price is £725 pcm which has direct in/out access to my home.
The en-suite includes 32-inch Smart TV, new double bed, new carpet, totally redecorated, with integrated wardrobe and additional hanging and drawer/storage space (wet room, WC, basin with brand new combi boiler). A desk is also available.
The home upstairs beautiful double price is £495 pcm (MONDAY TO FRIDAY)
