There's a shared kitchen, with cooker and washing machine, shared living room and shared bathroom. There is Internet in the flat, gas central heating and a locked bike store.
The rent would be £375, and I'd ask for this in advance with an additional months rent as a deposit. All bills are included. Ideally I'd like a minimum of 6 months tenancy.
