Welcoming 2 Rooms In Clean House All Inclusiv

Hello there,
Our names are Elliott and Claire-Louise and we are both a working couple.
We are looking for 2 friendly, clean tidy people to rent a double room and a single room in our house.
The double is a large room with storage shelves and hanging space, and it is newly decorated.
Also, we have a brand new kitchen and you would have your own Shower room, Fridge, and Freezer.
The other room is a single clean room nice view of the garden and plenty of light with a shared bathroom with a £525 deposit and rent of £525 per month.

We are 5 minutes from all the buses that run along Christchurch rd going into Bournemouth Center, and the train is only 10min walk minutes away from us.
The beach is also a handy 10-minute walk away!

Preferably we would like someone working or a student.
We are a pretty easygoing couple.
We have two bathrooms, the house is big, so there is plenty of space for all of us.
All the bills are included in the rent... plus your fast fiber WiFi
