Large single room for rent in Spingbourne.

Hi there. I have a large single room available in a family home in Springbourne. It's an older style house that I am slowly doing up. We are very close to Kings Park and have good bus connections from the stop at the end of the road. I am a shift worker so keep odd hours, I live here with my 20 year old son who also works. Because I'm a shift worker sleep is important. I'm therefore looking for a considerate, quiet person. Someone who doesn't play music loudly every night, or parties every weekend.
