Midway between the Winton and Charminster areas of Bournemouth in a quiet one-way street, the flat is in a good position for language schools and not too far from Bournemouth University. The No.20 yellow bus passes within 150 metres of the flat, and the m1/3/5a/5b and university buses are no more than ten minutes away on foot. The nearest local shop is 6 minutes' walk from the flat.

The flat was built in 1937, has central heating, washing machine and a shower, and the present tenant's wi-fi may be shared although it is usually switched off between midnight and 08.00. There is also a small private garden at the rear of the house.

Most of the students staying here have been Korean or Chinese because they were friends of previous tenants. The landlord and tenant here now are English Language teachers at the moment, but have each had other careers in the past. The landlord was once a chef, which is a good time to say that he cooks Asian and English food, so if you need breakfast and dinner included, these are available at an extra £55 per week (total £145pw with food).

We often meet in the kitchen, which is a good time to practise English or talk about the world in general.
