Quiet But Friendly Lodgers Wanted :)

looking for a nice QUIET, respectful clean and tidy new lodgers to share with myself and my cat. the House is 3/4 bed detached house with garden and unrestricted on road parking (+ limited off road parking). There is also a main bus route 2 minutes walk away, and plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs etc within easy walking distance (but far enough away not to be noisy). The house is in a quiet residential area.
I am friendly but generally quite quiet (it’s not a party House). I am a Nomad at heart and am into travelling, sustainable living, conservation etc. I would love housemates that are on a similar wave length and that share some interests (although not essential). Some of my interests include: travel, camping, eco building, self sufficiency, upcycling, Cats (big and small) cycling, campervans, cheese and wine ;) and cooking.
There is a choice of two rooms available: a double room with double bed corner sofa bed and plenty of storage plus kitchenette. (desk can be added if required), or a small double with small double bed and storage.
Looking for a quiet, clean tidy and respectful housemate to move in ASAP.
No smoking anywhere on the property.
A couple of the rooms have been updated since the pics where added, And the room doesn’t look dark and dingy in real life It’s just my camera being rubbish. I will update as soon as I get the chance.
Please note that price listed is for single occupancy of the room only.
Double occupancy 50% extra
Pets £20 per pet per week (negotiable after trial period).
£20 per week surcharge for people that are on benefits, self employed or working from home (due to increase in insurance premiums and extra bills due to being home more).

Please note I have put a few measures in place to minimise risks with Covid (ask for details if needed).
