Weekly rent is £200 if rent for whole flat, separate rooms have different price Room 1 - £195 and room 2 - £95. Living room can be consider as room 2 as well. All bills included. There is no agency or admin fees but one month rent in advance is required and a deposit as usual.

Ideal tendency term is 15 days. As I am urgent moving to another city, need someone to take my contract.
