Looking for a housemate to live in a lovely 5 double bedroom house on Lowther Road, Charminster from September to January. The house has a large garden, parking space, spacious lounge, kitchen, study room, separate shower room and toilet, 5 double bedrooms, tumbler drier and washing machine. It is situated in a great location, 20-minute walk from Bournemouth University both Talbot and Landsowne Campus and a 5-minute walk from the main Charminster Road, where you can find bars, bustops, restaurants, supermarkets such as Tesco. The total cost of the house will be of ££1875, ££375 per month (bills not included). You will be living with 4 other second year tidy, sociable and outgoing female students who are more than exited to meet the future flatmate. You will also have 4 neighbours living downstairs, in the first floor of the house, which will allow you to get to know more new people.
