Double bedroom available in spacious flat

Hi my name is Shauna.



I have relocated and am currently looking for some one to rent this lovely bedroom.

I became really good friends with my previous flat mate and so would like to rent the room to someone who is sociable. 

The current housemate works Monday to Friday. 



The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside cabinet, a humongous wardrobe, as well as a shelves and a TV point.



The flat is a converted house, minutes from Winton High Street with shops, restaurants and bus stop for easy travel. There is on the road parking, no permits.



Amenities include heating, Sky plus TV, fast wireless broadband and washing machine. Shared living room, kitchen and newly renovated bathroom. There is a private outside space for bikes etc.



I am looking for a housemate who is friendly and respectful of other people's space and possessions. It's a pretty laid back flat and there's no problems with having friends over etc. However I'm sorry no pets.



I would ask for one months deposit and a reference.
