Large Single room in a bungalow for female tenant.

I am looking for a friendly relaxed female housemate for my bungalow. The room is a good sized single, with plenty of storage. There is a shared shower room, kitchen, which will be newly renovated by the time the room is available, and lounge with a huge tv.
There is also a garden, which backs onto Pelhams park, and the leisure centre is a three minute walk.
There is plenty of on street parking and bus stops at the end of the street.
I would prefer a fellow veggie, but it's not essential, but you must love dogs, as my baby girl is the boss!
We are easy going and spend most evenings in front of the tv, sometimes with a glass of wine, but on work nights I would want quiet after around 10.30pm.
I am happy with Monday to Friday or full time. Mon-Fri: £300pcm, full time: £400pcm, both to be paid directly into the bank in advance.
I do not currently have broadband, but I'm happy to get it installed.
