I have a pleasant room available in a large shared ground floor apartment

Shared kitchen, dining area, bathroom, conservatory, large garden.

Located in the quiet area of Meyrick Park and very close to the town centre, uni, Winton and Charminster .

The other lodgers are my son ( currently working abroad ) and his partner ( she works locally ). There is a resident dog ( small- medium sized ) . She is friendly but potential lodgers should be happy to live with a dog .
