The room features wooden flooring and is located in a safe, quiet residential area near Winton, with excellent access to local amenities.

* Less than a 10-minute walk to Winton High Street (Lidl, Waitrose, Boots, Seoul Plaza, cafés, and more)
* Less than a 30-minute walk to both Bournemouth University (BU) and Arts University Bournemouth (AUB)
Rent & Terms
* £380 every 4 weeks
* £190 refundable deposit
* All bills included (Wi-Fi, gas, electricity, water, etc.)
* 4 weeks’ notice required before moving out
Shared Facilities
* Fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, plates, cups, cutlery, etc.)
* Washing machine
* Refrigerator
* Clean and comfortable shared living spaces
House Rules
* Female students only
* Non-smokers
* No visitors or overnight guests, to maintain a quiet and comfortable environment for everyone
* All housemates are mature, respectful, friendly, and considerate
The house is always kept clean, peaceful, and cozy, making it an ideal place for studying and relaxing after a busy day.
