I am looking for a female housemate for a lovely single room (BH9 1DJ) and it will be available on the 1st of August, 2023.

*4 weeks rent is £400 and refundable deposit is £200

*WiFi Internet, Energy & all bills are included in rent.

* Available Washing Machine, refrigerator, cooking equipment such as frying pans saucer pans and plates and cup and etc are ready to use for everyone.

* Require an advanced 4 weeks notice before leaving.

*All of housemates are mature, respectful and friendly.

*Due to keep focusing on study or take a good rest at home, we do not invite personal guest. Thus, this house is tidy, quite and cozy all the time.
