I have a large single room available to rent in a 2 bedroom flat. In fact the room is bigger than it looks in the pictures. 
The other room occupied by myself (female). Flat has a lounge, kitchen, a bathroom (with a bath) and separate toilet. It is on the ground floor of a block. Quiet road, double glazing windows, room window off the street. Parking on the street but there is always a place to park. 

Room is furnished: double wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed, bedside table, a large work desk and chair, built-in cupboard. Large window in the room. 
In this apartment there is no TV. 

10 minutes on foot from Westbourne center. 12 minutes walk from Bournemouth Square. 15 minute walk to the beach. Close to bus stops (3 min walk). 2 minute walk to the local shops, laundry, restaurants, cafes, hairdresser. 

Price for renting a room for the week is £100 (includes bills and wi-fi). 
A deposit is £350. 

Looking for tidy, quiet person, respectable, working, professional, non smoker, not a heavy drinker please. I am looking for a person who likes cats. And certainly does not have an allergy because I have a cat :) 
The room will be available from 06/02/2018.
