A 5 bed detached house located in Bournemouth (BH1). Double bedroom with drawers, wardrobe and side table. Ground floor WC with large shower, first floor bathroom with twin ended bath and large shower cubicle, kitchen and patio area.

High Speed fibre optic Virgin broadband.

Kitchen/diner equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle and TV.

Approximately 15 minutes by foot to Bournemouth and Pokesdown train stations. A 5 minute walk to Boscombe town centre and 10/15 minute walk to the beach.

Smoking outside only.
