2 double rooms with ensuite

Due to two of our house mates returning to their country of origin we have 2 rooms available in our crazy house
We live in a 9 bed 4 storey house with a dog and 4 cats
We are 3 males 2 females
The house is in Herbert rd alum chine BH48HD
The rooms are small double with ensuite the rent is £125a week inc all of your bills wifi etc
The 2nd room is a large double ensuite rent £150 perfect for a couple
Then we all put £30 a week for food to inc
Breakfast eve meal tea coffee sugar milk etc
I cook an eve meal
We all sit together at night and eat (if you are your home )
You will be required to pay your rent always in advance (weekly or monthly )
A deposit of one months rent is required £300 or £350 depending on the room
Which can be paid in instalments if necessary
