Looking for a housemate in my flat. I am an easy going working professional looking for a fun room mate who has a full time job but who also enjoys going out for drinks.

The room has its own bathroom and comes fully furnished with a double bed, side table and wardrobe. Broadband, full Sky package, water, electric, gas and a cleaner twice a month are included. There is some parking in the building but this carries an additional cost- this can be discussed if you view the property.

The flat is situated on West cliff and is a 2 minute walk to Bournemouth pier, a 2 minute walk to BH2 and a 5 minute walk to the centre of Bournemouth.
