The home is a fairly spacious, quiet maisonette in an Edwardian house opposite a lovely park between Winton and Charminster. It is convenient for both campusess at university, many language schools and travel interchange. Approximately a 25 minute walk to the Bournemouth town centre and well served by bus routes to Bournemouth and Poole. Uni bus 2 minutes away and regular buses to the main Bournemouth Hospital and JP Morgan. Suitable for short or longer term stays
The home has central heating, a washing machine and tumble dryer, 24 hour virgin media broadband,. The home is always kept at a comfortable temperature as there is a thermostat

There is a pleasant courtyard in the back in which to sit or dry clothes. The room available is a good sized single attic room. Bathroom next door for your personal use but I would only need access for use of washing machine and tumble dryer and for cleaning. Lots of electrical sockets in room and a small hotel style fridge can be placed in room if desired. Bedding can be provided if needed. All basics like toilet roll, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, washing detergent and cleaning materials provided. You would have ample storage in kitchen and your own fridge freezer.
People are welcome to use all cooking equipment eg plates, pots and pans etc, so no problem if you do not have any kitchen equipment.. I also have a share cupboard and I share my teabags, cooking oil, condiments and herbs and spices etc. The person renting the room has no additional expense except personal items and food! Ideal for a student just wanting to concentrate on their studies or a person just wanting to get on with their lives!
Friendly, respectful, clean and quiet home and I could see this suiting a mature student. Howeve, flexible for the right person. . I must emphasise that I am looking for someone who is Covid 19 aware and seriously takes steps to minimise chances of getting the virus. I have a compromised immune system and cannot rent to people who are very blaise about the virus. Sorry but I can only rent to non smokers due to my insurance requirements.
