Double bedroom(s) in triangle and close to beach

I have a double bedroom in a quirky 3 bedroom town house available.

Have a weekly cleaner who cleans the communal areas, just asking the lodgers to clean after themselves and keep the house clean and tidy at all times.

Looking for a friendly, easy going, clean and respectful professional.
Strictly no smokers or pets.

The house is close to the town centres, lots of restaurants, pubs and the beach.

Room available from 28/10/2017
(flexible with dates, you can move in later. I prefer to wait and find the right person for the room)
